At Nuude, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward return policy in accordance with Swiss regulations.

Eligibility for Returns:

You have 30 days from the date of receipt to return any unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items. 

Items must be in their original packaging, with all tags and labels attached, and in a resalable condition.

How to Return:

Sign in to your account:

In the "Email" field, enter your email address, and then click "Continue".

In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.

Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.

Click "Request return" for the order that you want to submit the return for.

If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.

Select a return reason and add a note for the store.

Click "Request return".

If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you receive a refund.

Refunds:

Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them to ensure they meet the eligibility criteria. This process typically takes 3-5 business days.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where we have made an error with your order.

Exchanges:

If you would like to exchange an item, please contact our customer service team at hello@wearnuude.com to arrange the exchange. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

If your exchange request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, your exchange will be fulfilled.

Damages or Incorrect Items:

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will evaluate the issue and arrange for the return of the faulty or incorrect item at no additional cost to you and provide a replacement or full refund.
