You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in original condition with all tags intact.

How to Request:

To request a return or exchange, please email hello@wearnuude.com with your order number.

Returns & Refunds:

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
• If a prepaid return label is provided by Nuude, the cost of the return shipping will be deducted from the refund

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after receipt and inspection, to the original payment method.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Exchanges:

• Exchanges are free of charge
• Subject to availability
• Processed once the returned item is received and approved

Faulty or Incorrect Items:

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will resolve the issue at no additional cost.
