Shipping Costs

Enjoy free shipping on all orders within Switzerland. For the other countries in Europe, orders under EUR 50, a flat rate of CHF 4.95 will apply.

PLEASE NOTE: Nuude is not responsible for any customs charges that may occur. If you are based in the European Union, please be aware of the new customs charge before purchasing.

If you refuse this charge, you will not be refunded the shipping cost nor the customs charge when we receive the parcel back to us. You will also be responsible for the return of this parcel, please make sure you are aware of the new charges before purchasing.

Delivery Times

Orders are typically delivered within 2-4 business days.

Order Processing

We strive to process all orders within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your Nuude goodies right to your door.

Delivery Areas

We deliver to all regions within Europe, including PO Boxes and remote areas.

Missed Deliveries and Issues

If you’re not home when your Nuude package arrives, don’t worry! Our delivery partner will leave a notice with instructions on how to arrange a redelivery or where to pick up your package.
