We offer free shipping on all orders within Switzerland.

For our US customers, orders are shipped from within the United States —
meaning no customs duties or import fees apply.
We are currently offering free standard shipping on all US orders.

For international orders, shipping rates vary by destination and will be shown at checkout.

Free worldwide shipping on orders over CHF 150, applied automatically at checkout.

Customs & Duties

Orders shipped within Switzerland and the United States are not subject to customs duties or import taxes.

For other international orders, please note that shipments may be subject to import duties or taxes depending on the destination country. These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.

Nuude does not have control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information prior to ordering.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Switzerland: 2–4 business days
  • US: 3-5 business days
  • EU: 3–7 business days
  • International: 5–10 business days

Please note that delivery times may vary during peak periods or due to customs processing.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Delivery Areas

We currently ship within Switzerland, the United States, and internationally to selected destinations.

If your country is available at checkout, we ship there.

Missed Deliveries and Issues

If you’re not available at the time of delivery, our shipping partner will leave instructions for redelivery or collection.

Returns and Exchanges

You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.

  • Exchanges are free of charge

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

If a prepaid return label is provided by Nuude, the cost of the return shipping will be deducted from the refunded amount.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with original tags intact.

Once a return is received and approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.
